Sample Wording for Bequests to Allegheny

A Gift for Endowment—Unrestricted/Restricted Purposes: I give $ ________ or ________ % of my disposable estate to Allegheny College, Meadville, Pennsylvania, a not-for-profit organization, organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to be added to the College endowment to be used without restrictions or to be added to the College endowment to establish the [specify fund's name here] fund.
A Gift of the Residue of the Estate—Unrestricted/Restricted Purposes: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder or ______% of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, wherever situate, owned by me at my death to Allegheny College, Meadville, Pennsylvania, a not-for-profit organization, organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to be used without restrictions or to be used for [specify purpose here].
